*My goal is to update this list AT LEAST monthly but hopefully more like weekly. That is how fast tools & resources change or are updated. Anyway, if you have any that should be on the list, let me know. I will give it a try and if it is worth discussing (good or bad), I will. Enjoy.
What the heck is Alchemy and why am I using when discusssing marketing tools? I am sure you have at least heard of the term Alchemy at some point but, most of us, including myself, have no idea what it actually means, Alchemy was/is the practice of turning base metals into Gold (or other precious metals like silver, platinum, etc.).
Resources, similar to other technological advancements, help to extend even limited resources. Great example….fuel injection. Gas is a limited/finite resource but with the technological advancement of electronic fuel injection (versus a carburetor) your mileage is doubled/extended which effectively also doubles the gas supply….a finite resource! The same is true with YOUR TIME!
If it takes you 1 hour to do something and me 2 hours, you are at a clear advantage. Your 4 hour day is effectively my 8 hour day….what you can accomplish in 4 hours takes me 8. So even though we both have 24 hours in a day, you are accomplishing in 1 day what it takes me 2 days.
So, the below resources are actually used by me & my team so if you have any questions about how to use them or how to sign up, please do not hesitate to ask!
The first is going to be unexpected (I think) but if you haven’t used or seen it being used, you are missing out. I am talking about Amazon Echo! I absolutely LOVE the Echo and the voice/brains inside, Alexa not only because the capabilities but the lady has a kick ass personality! She tells jokes, recommends great games, tells the weather, updates me on news, wakes me up in the morning, and at the office, she does everything a personal assistant can from scheduling/keeping my appointment in line to helping write emails by checking spelling, definitions, etc. and even helping with invoicing by doing all the complex math. And of course, she can play a really good tune. All in all, Alexa and The Echo is a MUST for any & all businesses. Purchase using this link for $10 off!!!

Keyword Research
You’ll want to have an awesome keyword research tool so you can understand what people usually search on the web; something which happens to be similar to what you’re selling.
*SEMrush – My top pick IF YOU HAVE $99/month to spend after the trial FREE 7-day SEMRush Trial
Jaxxy (My top pick if you don’t have $$ to spend on KW) – *FREE Jaxxy Account *(AFTER joining WA & EARN…both are FREE to join, with no CC even needed)
Google Keyword Planner – Great tool for a new agency or affiliate….no budget needed!
Google Trends – Again, great FREE tool
Tracking Tools and Note Taking
Voluum:
Adsbridge:
*Thrive:
Ad Spy Tools
Adplexity: this highly-rated tool allows you to see what your competitors are using and doing and even copy it, which saves you time and money testing and finding the best offers. (Exclusive 25% Lifetime Discount on AdPlexity and AdPlexity Adult)
WhatRunsWhere: similar to Adplexity, WhatRunsWhere will tell you where your competitors are advertising and what type of ads they’re using, which advertisers and ads are running on specific domains and keywords. Price: 399$/month (Exclusive 50% Off)
*Offervault: by using this affiliate tool, you’ll find the offers available on the majority of affiliate networks by vertical, payout, network, traffic allowed, etc. Price: free
Affiliates: this tool allows you to find the landing page of an offer using the respective tracking link. Price: free (maximum of 10 tests per day)
Buffered: you’ll need a good VPN to simulate the experience of a mobile user from any GEO when entering an offer. This will allow you to see an offer by country, device, operating system, and browser. Price: 12.99$/month
Email Marketing
*MailChimp – I have used them all and Mailchimp is the BEST! It has a FREE plan….not a free trial, a free plan. It’s perfect for us because we are building our email list meaning we will get the best email service for $0/month. Pretty cool, huh? As we gain more email addresses, we begin having to pay BUT they are also the most affordable.
Again, this is a no-brainer and most online marketing professionals will agree(WA uses it as does the SEO plugin that comes included with the free WA websites…Mailchimp is everywhere). Oh, and it doesn’t end up in spam because they are careful so if you have lists that will flag your emails as spam, don’t use MailChimp and instead use something you can dump (as well as an email address you can dump NOT associated with your website/domain).
Wix Emails – I have a WordPress site (obviously…lol) but my agency runs on the Wix.com platform. Why? That is for a later post (it has to do with Ajax)….but I do NOT recommend a Wix site unless you run a consultancy; again, I will expand at a later date.
Sales Funnel Software
ClickFunnels – Really easy to use and complex (I know that sounds counterintuitive)….what I mean is CF can become as complex as you want it to be while still remaining easy to set-up. It is user-friendly, as long as you are familiar with the back-end of a website (you will be adding various pixels, which is really easy and standard for anyone familiar with WordPress.
*Leadpages – MY CHOICE!! lp DIDN’T GO OVERBOARD LIKE cf (IN MY OPINION). LP is by far the easiest to use, the best looking, the most efficient (CF tends to end up in Spam when using their email platform) whereas LP does not, We have seen a 48% increase in EMAIL SALES, 67% increase in OPEN RATES and almost 50% increase in average sale!!!
Why? My team + Leadpages = a match made in H-E-A-V-E-N
